Referral service only
Castle Rock Basement Finishing is an independent referral service. It is not a contractor, and it does not perform, supervise or guarantee any construction work. Calls and quote requests made through this site are passed to independent, third-party basement contractors. Those contractors are solely responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, permits, licensing, registration, insurance and workmanship. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor you hire.
Compensation
We may be paid by a contractor for referrals. That does not make the contractor our agent or us theirs, and a referral is not an endorsement. Check a contractor's registration and references before hiring; in Castle Rock you can check registration in the Town's eTRAKiT portal.
Information on this site
Code, permit and cost information on this site is general, comes from the cited public sources, and may change. It is not legal, engineering or construction advice. Confirm requirements with your building department and your contractor.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from work done by any contractor.
